What is the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba?
The Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba is a neutral organization that aims to strengthen, rebuild, and enhance the Treaty Relationship between First Nations and nada. We also offer training, facilitate discussion, and support research on Treaties. All nadians benefit from the Treaties, and we want everyone to know that “We Are All Treaty People!”

The film documents the centennial anniversary of Treaties 1 and 2 in 1871 and follows Grand Chief Dave Courchene Sr. and the Manitoba Indian Brotherhood throughout the events of the year, culminating in the presentation of Wahbung to the federal and provincial governments.![]()
